LONDON (AUGUST 16, 2024) – Today, Square Enix Collective® and FuturLab® announced the release of Muckingham Files Part 4, the conclusive piece to the content-filled summer Washer-versary celebration that saw the release of the Muckingham Files Part 3 and the Cruise Ship Sun Deck map. The latest expansion is available now on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®4 (PS4®), PlayStation®5 (PS5®).

The Modern Mansion:
A Modern Mess
A bunch of funny gags and grievances from the disgruntled builders that mucked up the Modern Mansion can be found in the graffiti.
Flat-out Fun
A bunch of big ol’ flat surfaces to clean, a beloved feature in any map!
One Artist’s Passion Project
One PowerWash Simulator artist was inspired by the concept of a “grand design" style house that didn't fit in with the rest of the neighbourhood. Other sources of inspiration were modernism, minimalism, and Le Corbusier!
The Fire Plane:
Spanning across time
This story is the first time we re-visit the Private Airport, an area we’ve only visited once previously in the PowerWash Simulator story.
Decal Details
The team were keen to include the whale character decal on the Fire Plane for a sparkling bit of character. He's got a determined looking set of eyes like he's ready to fight some more fires. And of course, have an absolute whale of a time!
